how can I save a Numbers spreadsheet without the formulas

I used a lot of formulas on a spread sheet would would like to save only the the final results. But that column contains the formulas and that rely on the columns to be removed. So I end up with a blank column. Please help

If I'm reading you correctly, you want to Save a document containing only the results currently displayed in one specific column of a table in that document.


If you no longer need a copy of that document containing the formulas, do this:


  • Select the column containing the results you need. Copy.
  • Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste Formula Results.
  • Select and delete the other columns in the table.


If you plan to do the same or similar calculations in future, START with this step:


  • Save a copy of the Numbers document for future use.
  • then follow the three steps listed above.
