iphone x set up issue

Hey folks

I have an Iphone X that has just had a battery and lcd screen replacement. I have tried multiple times to restore to factory settings via itunes also restarted the phone multiple times. I have also put next to it an iphone 7 for quick start. However, in all steps, I am stuck on this screen which doesnt detect any wifi signals. I have put the phone near the wifi router and also even tried to setup using itunes.

Firmware has also been updated (downloaded and installed onto phone via itunes). Any help would be much appreciated.
