Your receipt from Apple - not printing

Apple receipts haven't been printing correctly for a while. It only prints out the header of the image and the body is missing. Need to print these out for accounts. I have 3 printers and it doesn't work on either of them. Also tried from another computer. This looks to be an issue that has been raised previously. All other receipts printing out fine, so I have to take a screenshot of the Apple receipt. Anyone else affected by this and any solutions?
