Unlock my locked note

PLEASE, I NEED YOU HELP!

Hi, I’m using iphone XR since January. Because i’m not good at remembering my accounts and passwords, i decided keep all of them in Notes and locked it. Before i locked this notes, i already set Face ID for my phone. So when i click lock button for this note, it only scan my Face ID and doesn’t show any thing for set password for this note. At that time, i don’t mind anymore, because i think its password is same with iCloud’s password. And during this time to a few day ago, i still unlocked it with Face ID. But today, when i want to keep new account in this note and open it, it didn’t scan my Face ID, just only show a box that i have to enter password. I’m so confused, i already tried my iCloud’s password and my phone’s password but it doesn’t match ( because when i locked, it didn’t show anything to set password for this note ). I also search solutions on Safari, watch many videos. They teach solutions that “ go to Settings -> Notes -> Password -> Reset password -> type new password “. I already done this solutions but it still doesn’t work, can’t improve my problems. So if you have many solutions for my problem, please tell and teach me how to improve that. It includes many my accounts and passwords so it’s extremely important to me. =(((
