Re-trust a PC (I do NOT have iTunes)

I accidentally hit Do Not Trust when trying to download photos from my iPhone to my PC. I have Googled fixes and nothing has worked. Turned both devices off and on, updated both devices, reset Privacy and Location and Networks on my iPhone. I do NOT have iTunes on my PC so I cannot do the fix that so many articles seem to advise. I am just trying to import photos. Thanis.
