Apple ID already in Use by another Subscription

Whenever I click on my "music" icon, a screen pops up that says "Your plan includes Apple Music". It gives me two choices: continue or Use a Different Apple ID. I click Continue because the screen is showing my correct and current Apple ID.

However, when I click on "continue", a notice pops up and says "This Apple ID is already being used with a different subscription". I click "ok". Then swipe down to get rid of the notice and then I can use my music app.

How do I stop having to do this every time I want to play music?

I read the other forums about accessing the https://applemusic.com/carrier from my phone and it doesn't work or I also try the appleid.apple.com and sign in with your existing Apple ID to see what is also being used with my Apple ID but find nothing.

Hi KristiePik,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. You mentioned issues with the pop up about your Apple Music subscription and Apple ID already being used with a different subscription. Have you tried signing out and back in to see if the issue persists? Doing this will remove offline content that you would need to download again. Also, has there been any changes prior to noticing this issue? Are you using a trial subscription? Also, if so, was this device used with another Apple ID that had a subscription? We'd like to gather information to help us narrow down the issue.

Have a great day.
