Random Shortcut bar keeps popping up randomly when doing anything on my iPad
Hi,
lately I’ve been on my iPad at a bar pops up in the middle of my screen with all the shortcuts on it and I don’t know how to get rid of it?

It sounds like this might be AssistiveTouch. Look here on how to access this feature and turn it on/off:
Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If this is not the issue, was anything updated or changed when this started occurring? Does this occur when using a specific app? What shortcuts are you seeing?
