photos when I print the photo go to Captain Franks as well and where the caption in the photo

The only way to print together with the caption in the photos app, is to use the contact sheet print format. In this case you can add it underneath the photo. You can also choose other metadata to print. Here I've selected title, and date.

Only if you add the caption directly to the image with either the Markup tool in the edit mode or a third party image editor that can add text directly to the image.
