AppleTV 4K (2021) - TV App missing all Library content

Posting this as a new question because my old question was never fixed or answered.

Few months ago, picked up 2 of the new 2021 AppleTV 4K devices to replace 2 of the previous-generation 4K models for my home.

Set them both up with the quick setup w/ iPhone, got them set up quick and easy.

HOWEVER

When I launched the TV app, the section for LIBRARY (which usually houses all my iTunes purchases) is completely empty and only shows the section for Family Purchases (see attached photo). Same issue on BOTH AppleTVs that I setup, so I figured maybe I did something wrong.

Reset one of the AppleTVs, did manual setup instead of the iPhone/automatic setup. When everything was complete, the issue was exactly the same. Tried signing out and back into iCloud, no dice.

Thought it was an issue with maybe the device not being authorized to play my purchased content, but when I go into the Movies app and look under Purchases, it shows all my purchases and allows me to play them (see photo below), so I know it is only the TV app at fault.

Has anyone else had this strange issue? I'm kind of lost on what to try next.

I have tried NUMEROUS builds, including regular versions AND public beta versions on both, with the same issue. The issue DOES NOT happen on any of my other AppleTV 4Ks (previous generation), and they all load my complete Library in this tab without issue. This issue ONLY OCCURS on the NEW APPLETV 4K (2021).

I know I have seen multiple people post about this issue in reply to my first question, as well as numerous people on the AppleTV subreddit, so why is this issue being ignored by Apple? I've seen posts by people that have even brought their devices into the Apple store to be replaced, only to have the same issue occur when they sign in again on a replacement device.

Honestly, it seems like a caching issue or something for people with large libraries (mine is over 2000). After several seconds of the loading/spinning circle, it just stops and shows nothing except what I screenshot above. If I can narrow down the issue, why can Apple still not fix this after several months? I'm not sure where else to turn for support here.
