Mac Battery Health and Maximum Capacity

My battery maximum capacity went to 99, with only 19 charge cycles, with a little over use of 2 months only. Is it okay for mac's to lose their maximum capacity this fast or is this abnormal?? It's my first Mac, so it's kinda getting on my nerve. As I said earlier it's just been little over two months of usage, and my Mac has it's 1 year warranty support so I was thinking battery replacement if this battery continues to lose it's capacity this fast. Need some tips on how to maximize battery.
