Unchecking "Facing Pages" doesn't change back

I checked Facing Pages and I unchecked it after checking my document.

But this didn't change back while page thumbnails did.

I read https://discussions.apple.com/thread/615469 but that couldn't help me because I couldn't find the options the answer of the thread said. Also I found the image in the answer that said solution could not be loaded any longer.

It would be very appreciated if anybody tell my what's wrong with me.

I am using Pages 11.1
