I rented a movie on Apple TV and whenever I go to play the movie it doesn’t want to play with sound. Every other movie I have purchased play with one except for this one movie and I do not know why. Can someone please help.

No audio purchase movie. Apple TV app I purchased the movie “Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard” movie plays but no audio. Other movies in my library play fine audio works fine.

Apple TV no sound in movie. I have bought a movie from Apple TV but when I watch it there is no sound or subtitles etc. There is sound in the movies menu and extras. Sound works fine on our apps such as YouTube and on other movies I have purchased. I have tried changing the various sound settings as mentioned elSewhere on these forums.
