If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Did you purchase Loss and Theft coverage when you purchased AppleCare +? If you did then you file a claim through AIG. If you didn’t you will have to buy a new iPhone, warranties don’t cover theft or loss.
