Hello, suddenly unable to allow camera and microphone for messenger kids on iPad - keep getting same message below but unable to fix - also no apps listed that have been allowed?

Yes! Same problem for us. I’ve turned off all content and privacy restrictions. I’ve gone through every setting I can think of and still can’t get the messenger kids app to access the camera or microphone. When you click the option in the app to “enable camera access” it takes you to the app settings in the settings menu and there is no option to select to give it access to the camera or microphone. I’ve ensured the app is updated and even tried reinstalling the app. The camera and microphone work fine with other apps, such as FaceTime. The
camera and microphone worked fine with Messenger Kids and then just all of a sudden stopped working even though we made no changes to any settings or anything on the ipad and despite our best efforts we can’t get the camera or microphone to work with the app again. Help!
