Check on Another Device:

Have another deice handy? If so, enable Bluetooth on it, seeing if this can be seen.

The Ultimate Workaround:

Set this iPhone up anew, as if you were to sell it. Perform 100% as instructed here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Things to try to narrow it down:

  1. Remove any other electronics from your person. Don't carry a watch, wireless earbuds, etc. If it runs on batteries, leave it home
  2. Walk at least 30 feet away from your house. To the end of a block should be far enough

Does that odd device still show up?

The odd series of numbers/letters usually means the device isn't identifying itself properly. You may have to turn off more wireless electronics in your home to try to narrow down which one is "stuck" showing up.
