My credit card to purchase iCloud storage failed because I recently changed my address. How do I register the new billing address so my credit card will work again for Apple purchases??

The Apple Community here is composed of Apple users, like yourself.
So we have no access to your account details, or ability too make changes to user-friendliness.
You might want to try this method:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. To update the address for a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.
5. Edit the method then tap Done

I tried to open the link you sent me to register my new credit card billing address so I can buy more iCloud storage, but the link is not available. It’s feint, not bold colored, and nothing happens when I touch it. I’ve tried to change the billing address three times in my Apple account, but it doesn’t register. I change it, go back, then check it, and the old address is still there. Why do you make this simple process so complicated and user UNfriendly??
