Need help unlocking iCloud ID

Hello, Mi nombre es Arturo, I bought a used Iphone 5s today 8/29/2021 in a swatmmet at

but I did not know that the iCloud ID was blocked.

and I would like if you could help me to unlock it please.

You have run into the Activation Lock. You will need the previous owner’s credentials (Apple ID and Password) to remove the Activation Lock. Without that information that iPhone will be useless to you. No one here will be able to help you. Apple cannot help you.

My recommendation is that you return that iPhone and try and get your money back.
