Extend Apple iPhone warranty period

Hi All,

Recently I purchased the iphone 3 months back and had an unpleasant experience where the phone suddenly blackout without any symptom hence have to replace several major parts although this is still warranty period but make me feel unsecure. I would like to know if I can extend my Apple phone warranty period from 1 to 3 or 2 years? I bought this in Malaysia.

Also, what kind of standard warranty I can get for the 1st year of purchasing ? I heard some people mentioned Apple Care + how does it different and is this an additional cost incurred? Thanks
