Hi, I have problem with changing region in my iphone . I move to Germany and ewant to change my iPhone region to be able to download the local apps but as I have 0.01 balance in my appleId account I cant to change the region. Please clear the amount from my balance to be able to change the Region

You will need to contact Apple Support for that and they will clear it out for you.
