My phone has been randomly blocking contacts. These contacts have even been in my favorites list.
I have actually lost a client because of this. They could not contact me, so they dropped our company from their service list. This is getting serious - If this cannot be solved, I will be dropping Apple.

This must be a bot reply. Did I mention making or receiving calls? 3rd party apps? The problem is with the Apple system, whether it is hardware or software.
My phone has randomly blocked contacts multiple times, even those in my favorites list, with no input from me. I see that other people have had the same issue, but there is little to no discussion about this, because it is an APPLE issue. Quit shirking your responsibilities and FIX IT.
