Where can I download Apple Mobile Device Driver

it seems my Windows 10 computer no longer recognizes my iPad 11 Pro...my Apple Device Mobile Device driver is gone...where can I safely find this to install for free pls? Is this something that should have downloaded with the recent iTunes update?

If iTunes is installed from the Microsoft Store you shouldn't expect to see a separate Apple Mobile Device Service component. If you've used the standalone iTunes(64)Setup.exe installer then it should have been installed as part of that package. It isn't available as a discrete download. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community for general advice on tearing down and reinstalling iTunes. Links to the most recent builds are now at the bottom of the page.
