Got brand new MacBook Pro m1, i had pro 2014 model and the camera quality on the old one was the waaay better than it is now. Image looks blurry, and makes you feel like it is in 340p. Is my mac defected or others too?

That camera is intended to be 720p.
Check that camera lens is not somehow obscured, and clean if necessary.
