Viruses on my iPhone calendar

Some events like "You have VIRUSES on phone?" have been add to my calender. I think my iphone might been hacked.

Your phone has not been compromised, it's just a scam message designed to trick you into buying unnecessary software.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
