Any idea to troubleshoot keyboard stops working after FileVault enabled

My MacBook Pro keyboard stopped working after I enabled FileVault. I've disabled FileVault (using an external keyboard) but the MacBook keyboard still doesn't work.

We've reviewed your question and it looks like your keyboard is not working on your MacBook Pro. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. Please start by taking a look here: If your Mac doesn’t respond to key presses. We’d advise following the steps under “If no keys work on your Mac notebook computer’s built-in keyboard” first. Testing with the internal keyboard and the eternal keyboard is important, so we can narrow down the issue further.
