Can’t delete a partition

So I was having issues with my MBP so I decided to just reset and erase. So I went into recovery mode opened up disk utility and erased my HD, HD DATA but a partition called untitled with 124.24 GB allocated to it won’t delete. I was able to erase the data except for 25kb but it won’t delete the partition and allocate that 125 GB back to the main partition.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.5

All my fault lol. Once i was in disk recovery and went into untilities I didn’t click on view all and select correct drive to erase. All good now
