No matter how I try to get around it, it keeps sending to this prompt with no option to simply factory reset. Only able to completely wipe my phone

Hello krose3887,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
We understand that you are trying to do a "factory reset" of the iPhone, but are being guided through the steps to "completely wipe the phone". What is it exactly are you trying to accomplish? What issue are you trying to resolve?
If you want to restore your iPhone to factory settings, the steps for that are in this article: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If you want to reinstall iOS on your iPhone, take a look at this article: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support In this article, make sure to select "Update" in Step 4 to ensure reinstalling without erasing your data.
In either case, be sure you have a current backup of your iPhone to ensure you don't lose any data: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Best regards.
