That means you need to go into your both of your email apps and configure them to use the imap protocol.

You need to set up both devices with the iMap protocol or I think you can also use microsoft exchange.

• Tap Add Account
• Choose the type of account
• Fill out the required information (it should be the same information you entered to set up the email on your Mac)
