Macbook pro is hang at startup

Hi guys,

My macbook pro 2014 is hang at startup.

After pressing the power button, it shows the apple logo and enter to user choice mode, then I wait for 15-20 seconds and after that I can't do anything anymore . It's freezed.

If I choose user and enter password, the status bar starts to run, but not too long then it's freezed. Seems that 15-20 seconds after entering the user choice mode, it's freezed.

I have tried booting it in the recovery or safe mode but the behaviour is same as above (status bar can't load too long then freezed).

What should I have to solve this problem?

Thanks!!!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro hardware with Apple Diagnostics if it's possible.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Apple Diagnostics reference codes - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
