"Play Next" is rarely an option in Music / iTunes. WHY?

What happened to the option to "Play Next" in Apple Music or iTunes?

Sometimes it's there, sometimes it is not.

Does this bugginess have anything to do with music randomly stopping, or songs constantly being unavailable?

I have unauthorized all my devices many times over, signed out of iTunes and iCloud and have spoken to 1-800-APL-CARE many times. Tier 1 support's script is completely worn out on me.

I'm fine with the answer being, "Switch back to spotify." But I just wanted to see if anyone knows the resolution to this question so I can pass it on to everyone at home and work.

I am on Big Sur 11.4 on a MacBook Pro, at my desk it never moves. My iPhone seems to have the ability to play next.
