Identifying an External Keyboard

I bought a Miniso keyboard recently and have been trying to connect it to my Macbook Air 2020. However, when the prompt "Press the key immediately to the right of the Shift key on the left side" comes up and I press the key Z, it stays stuck on the panel below:



It's been like this for almost an hour now. Does anybody know how to move onto the next panel?

The user identification might be based on a different keyboard layout. Try pressing your colon semicolon key. If I doesn’t work you might need to reformat the keyboard to QWERTY.
