App store infinite loop issue
I have the same question / issue as was noted in previous posts. Previous answers have not been helpful and I do not get to see any other responses or solutions for me to try. And I cannot say that the response was not helpful. Support process here is rather frustrating.
I will provide as much detail as possible.
I am experiencing this issue on iPad Air 2 Model MGKL2LL/A
Software version 14.7.1
I have only three apps besides the ones that came with the machine "Pages, Numbers, and Keynote"
I have rebooted the iPad multiple times. I have signed out and back in with my apple id. I have updated the password. I can log in my id and verify that payment information, and other stuff is correct. I get confirming emails that note my information was updated.
I appreciate that Apple has a lot of business address on "Infinite Loop" in Cupertino. I think this is taking that a bit too literally at this point.
