AirPlay mirroring "Could not connect" error connecting to Samsung TV

Hi

I am getting a "Could not connect to Samsung 7 Series" error when trying to use AirPlay mirroring on my Samsung TV (RU7100). Specifically, this error appears in System Preferences > Displays > AirPlay Display

I have previously been able to use AirPlay mirroring to this TV from a different MacBook Pro.

This MacBook is running the latest macOS 11.5.2 and the TV is also running the latest firmware version. I have also tried the troubleshooting steps listed here, including restarting the devices and ensuring they are on the same local network.
