<unknown> application password for account Launch Services Trusted Signature Database

The above info appears under the Local Items Keychains list, and the Access group for this item is com.apple.LaunchServices.TrustedSignature. Don't know what this is. Cannot delete it and keep getting a window stating Keychain Access wants to use the "local items" keychain. I type my password and it asks for another password that I don't have. Because of this am unable to close the lock.In fact it says that the local items keychain cannot be locked. How do I go abt locking this, and is it safe to leave this unlocked?

As I am not a techie --more like a computer dummy-- wd appreciate simple answer in laymen's terms that I can understand. Thank you

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report if you capture the URL while there…

https://pastebin.com/

Whew, they've changed pastebin & made it harder, but after pasting in, click Create new paste button, then Embed button, then copy the URL...

The important part of the above is between the quote marks...

If pastebin is a problem for you then workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
