If you swipe from left to right on your Home Screen until you can't swipe anymore, you'll see Search at the top of the page. You can search for Twitter there.

If you're seeing "Open" rather than "Get" when you search for Twitter in the App Store, this tells us that Twitter is already installed on your device.
