Logitech Circle View

My camera feed will never reconnect after a power outage even after TV, HomePod Minis, and obviously wifi is back up. It’s extremely frustrating when I am not home to unplug and reconnect the camera. Is there a chance we could get a firmware update to the camera to keep it searching for my network in the even the power is off for a few seconds?

Logitech Circle View camera stopped HomeKit streaming to home app after power outage I have 2 new Logitech Circle View cameras, a new 4K Apple TV as a hub, Abode Iota security system with video, Ecobee 4 thermostat and various other sensors and switches. Everything is new within the last few months and all HomeKit compliant. I am also using a 3 node Linksys Velop mesh wifi system. All was working well until a 4 hour power outage shut everything down except the cable modem, Main Linksys router and Apple TV as it was all on a fairly large UPS. Situation now is all the HomeKit devices are working except the video feed. The sensors on the circle view cameras are triggering motion but the video feed does not work. I get the “No Response” this camera is not responding. I cannot use a separate app to check with the circle view camera’s but I am also getting the same error on the Abode iota security camera... although I can log directly into the Abode app and actually see the video for that camera, although it is giving the same HomeKit error as the circle view cams in the home app. This leads me to believe that this is a HomeKit issue that is causing the error. I had my wife power cycled both camera’s and the Apple TV but it is not correcting the problem. I am currently traveling and not at the house to uninstall and reinstall and frankly I do not want to as I’ll have to reset everything up and this is not acceptable for a simple power outage. Hope the detailed description helps explain the environment and issues that could use some help resolving. Thanks

HomeKit secure video not recording Have 3 Logitech circle 2 cameras. Converted them to HomeKit compatible with the Logitech firmware upgrade. After a few initial issues recording worked for about two months. We frequently got notifications (mostly in the afternoon) about the cameras going offline for a few minutes one at the time - seemed random. Camera 1 would stay online while camera 2 went offline. Internet connection was all fine when it happened. However: One week ago these notifications stopped and the light on all cameras changed from red to blue and now they only stream and doesn’t record. I have tried: resetting the cameras (holding the side button for 9 seconds) unplugging power removing and re-adding them to the Home app switching off/on the record options in HomeKit app logging in/out of iCloud and HomeKit on the AppleTV that serves as a hub restarting our router All devices are running latest firmware. Edit: seems like I cannot select a very suitable category for this question. In lack of better options I choose Apple TV, but moderators feel free to move it

HomeKit secure video doesn’t work outside wifi Hello, I have Logitech Doorbel, Logitech Circle View and Eve camera , plus several other Eufy cameras all working fine inside home with wifi, however, once I turn it wifi and move to mobile data (or go outside home) the problem starts: Streaming is not possible, shielding the cameras as Not responding, while notifications and recorded footages are ok Only streaming doesn’t work Notes: :: Eufy cameras are working through Eufy app only I tried everything I know from: :: getting latest firmware :: restart and reset home hubs (Apple TV, HomePod and iPad) :: resetting Wifi router :: resetting all cameras :: took the whole setup to a friends house :: I replaced all home hubs: Apple TV and HomePods :: I reset the Home App it self still not able to use video streaming at all… I wish you can help 🙏🏻
