Hello , We have a problem with the synchronization of our mailbox in IMAP. On our iphone it works correctly, but on the macbookpro the mails are sent correctly but do not appear in the webmail outbox or on other devices

It is possible one or the other of your devices is not set correctly for IMAP, but is set to POP instead.
Mac Mail can give you some m=small reassurance by using th=is display:
Mail > Window > Connection Doctor
any red lights tell you that the connection to a sending or receiving server is not working correctly.
