Your post is so absurd as to be ignorable. This is a user-to-user forum. You are not addressing Apple. And there is a simple solution to your problem that is contained in the Related Article at the top of this page that you didn’t take the time to read before posting.
Suddenly I cannot move through any apps and when trying the off/on fix, it froze on that screen. Have tried the suggestions. Is this normal for iPhone 12? How to fix.
Your help is no help. Your product should be good for at least 9 months!
