why wont the apple store allow me to install apps with face id or double tap on thenside button? it keeps telling me i need the accessibility

im teying to install a new app and it wont do face id or double tap on the side button to confirm; it requires “accessibility touch” which is on

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you have trouble downloading an app that's larger than 200 MB over cellular, open the Settings app. Tap App Store, tap App Downloads, then tap Always Allow.
