How to remove Motion Blur in Motion 5?

Hi all, for context, I'm doing an Insta Story screenshot game. The screenshot image of the lunchbox appears fuzzy when you pause the exported Motion 5 video.

However, here is a screen recording screenshot of the same footage but of the native Motion 5 preview render.

I have already unchecked Motion Blur in the Render settings as well as turn down Motion Blur to Sample:1 in the Project Settings.

How can I eliminate the Motion Blur that appears on the exported video? It seems mind-boggling to me that the output is different to what's shown in the preview.
