Blurry video during playback while editing

When playing video while editing, it's blurry. However, when paused it's sharp. When playing the same video clip on other apps, such as Photos, VLC, or QuickTime, it plays perfectly sharp. Is there any setting I should change in Final Cut Pro to get sharp playback? I've attached screenshots here. The first two are of Final Cut Pro during playback and paused, while the third is from another app during playback.

In the little menu at the top right of the Viewer, choose Better Quality instead of Better Performance.
