I have this window popping up at each mac startup.
If I click "deny" I get that at next restart.

Hi I fixed it by doing what was suggested above, https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3822368 refers.
Try it. After having deleted the folder, don't empty the trash just in case.
After you are happy with it and following successful startups, you can empty the trash.
