already cancelled a unwanted subscription but i cant download from the App Store due to billing problem, how to fix this?

AppStore It won’t let me download apps because of my billing information and it’s saying it failed but I don’t have the sufficient funds so I canceled my subscriptions and its still giving me a problem.
