My iphone 12 camera lens flare is super shocking.

I bought this iphone 12 eight months ago. I was hoping that the camera would be super nice, but whenever I take pictures at night, blue dots (light reflections) are just everywhere. Previously, I chatted with apple support and they gave me a ticket number, but the chat support chat is no longer available now. They advised me to factory reset my device and I did exactly as they told me, yet nothing has changed.

I am so frustrated whenever I have to take pictures at night. How can I get this issue fixed.

Hello ~ After following those directions I would suggest that you take it in for a check as it should not be that noticeable…there may be a chance it needs to be replaced.
