my iPhone has been having issues with storage over 5months now but I deleted all my apps and pictures and videos it’s still complaining about storage. I went to check what’s taking up the space again but it showed nothing

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and post a screenshot.

You are completely out of space. Try restoring your iPhone using your computer.
