Pop up notification

My mac won't stop giving me a pop up notification every 7 seconds about "StarterUpHelper" If I press allow, then I need administrator's' name and password, which I don't have. I have tried restarting my computer and finder but it won't go away.

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Based on what you posted, this app requires administrator level approval to run. The second image indicates that this notebook has been configured with Parental Controls ... which is why it is not allowing it. As such, I can only assume that some one enabled these controls and you will need to discuss it with them.
