Payment declined

My payment declined so I tried to remove my card then add it again but no doesn’t let me add again it tells update your payment but I don’t know how after I removed the card

Because unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details you must always have a payment method, to remove a payment method you will need to supply another one first, such as redeem a small gift card.
