Hi apple, i have a question. Can i unlock Cellular feature in my Apple watch Series 3 GPS that i just bought 2 weeks ago. if i can, then how do i unlock it?

If your watch is a GPS only model then it doesn't have a cellular feature,you need the cellular version of the watch that has a built in Esim.

A GPS only watch uses it's paired phone to make calls and send texts.
