Can i have two regions on my Apple ID

Can I have two regions on my Apple ID - I move between two countries and many of the apps for one region are not available but I still need my other region as well

You'll need to cancel those first, and resubscribe to the ones available in the other country. If you find that one isn't, contact its developer.

No, but changing countries won't remove applications you've already downloaded.
