my snapchat is blocked how can i fix this

My snapchat has been deleted and ive never used any third party apps,spamming etc… but when i try to create it works for 1-2 minutes then logs out and gets temporarily banned. When i try to create an account on other accounts or devices it does the exact same thing…can i please have advice on how i can fix this?
