5 GHz wifi iPad problem

Apps are crashing on 5ghz wifi. HBO, Netflix, Apple TV not working. But Safari works fine. How do I fix this problem?

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14

I dont think that is the problem. I can read newspaper on the web using safari, so I am connected to the 5 Ghz network. I can search and find music in Apple Music, but the app refuses to play the actual song. The same with hbo, and netflix. I can search and find the movies I want to see, but the apps won’t play them.
